Ingredients

  1. 6 small Nevana Pizza Bases (see tip)
  2. 1/2 cup (125ml) Leggo's Squeezy Garlic, Onion & Herbs Pizza Sauce
  3. 1 cup (100g) grated pizza cheese
  4. 2 bacon rashers, thinly sliced
  5. 75g button mushrooms or cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
  6. 1 chorizo sausage, thinly sliced
  7. 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  8. 100g Always Fresh Roasted Peppers – Strips, drained
  9. 20g baby rocket leaves

Description

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220C. Place Nevana Pizza Bases on 2 baking trays. Spread bases evenly with Leggo’s Squeezy Garlic, Onion & Herbs Pizza Sauce. Sprinkle with half the cheese.

  • Step 2

    Arrange the bacon, mushroom, chorizo, onion and Always Fresh Roasted Pepper Strips over cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 8-10 mins or until crust is golden and crisp. Serve the pizzas topped with rocket.
