Light Oat Bread

  • 1 ¼ cups water

  • 2 tablespoons margarine

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast

Description

  1. Place water, margarine, salt, flour, oats, brown sugar, and yeast into a bread machine in the order listed, or follow the order recommended by your manufacturer if different.

  2. Select Regular Light setting.

  3. Remove loaf from the machine after the cycle is done.
